A builder member is one whose primary business falls under one of the following categories: single-family home building, multi-family home building, residential or commercial remodeling and or land development. TAB represents your interests at the Texas Capitol and before state regulatory agencies through lobbying efforts and relationships with state and regulatory officials. Members are encouraged to participate in TAB’s Rally Day during each Texas Legislative Session, and to contribute to TAB’s non-partisan political action committee, HOMEPAC. As a member you have exclusive access to programs and products that are not available to the general public. Through these you can save money on products you are already using and gain access to tools that can help your business succeed. Starting at the local level, you have easy access to your peers from all over the homebuilding industry. An associate member is a person that comes from one of a wide range of supportive industries and professions.
